- Deadline for active and passive eligibility to vote (payment of the ÖH fee for the summer semester 2025): 25 March 2025
- Deadline for submitting election proposals (incl. declarations of consent and required declarations of support) for university representation: 25 March to 8 April 2025
- Submission deadline for announcing the candidacy for student representation: 25 March to 17 April 2023
- Deadline for inspecting the electoral roll and submitting written objections to the electoral roll: 3 April to 8 April 2025
- Deadline for applying for an election card: 3 April to 6 May 2025
- Deadline for the announcement of the results: May 15 to 22 May 2025
