Assignments of study representations to faculty representations (PDF, in German)
Requirements for submitting a candidature:
- Passive right to vote according to §47 (2) HSG:
Students who are admitted to the respective degree programmes and have re-enrolled for the semester in which the election is held (deadline for eligibility to vote is: 25 March 2025, by which time the tuition fee and the Students Union fee must have been received by the University)
Forms, enclosures and deadlines according to §28 HSWO:
- Deadline runs from 25 March to 17 April 2025 (Attention: Date of arrival by the election commission counts!)
- The required form - Annex 6 - can be downloaded at the bottom of this page with the title ‘announcement of candidacy’, in principle one form per person is required.
- In addition, a confirmation of study periods or a confirmation of enrolment for the semester (= confirmation according to §47 HSG 2014) in which the election is held is required as an attachment.
- The signed form and the attachments must be sent to the electoral commission by post with an original signature or with a mobile phone signature / Austria ID (= a document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with Art. 3 Z 12 eIDAS-VO¹ ) by e-mail.
